Weekly Holidays - commence Friday or Monday 4.00pm until the following Friday or Monday 10.00am

Short Breaks - are available from the beginning of September to the 16th July , excluding Bank Holiday weeks and the October half term. Short breaks may also be available at other times of the year at short notice. Holidays commence from Friday or Monday 4.00pm and finish Monday or Friday 10.00 am (3 or 4 nights). If either cottage is not booked within 2 weeks of your start date, we may be able to offer an extra day or two for a small additional cost. Please contact us for further details and we will try our best to accommodate your requirements.

Small Group Discount* - A discount of 20% is available off all available weeks and short breaks for smaller groups of up to 4 guests - please see prices for 4 or less below.

Multi Week Discount - Book two consecutive weeks and receive a 5% discount off the total cost.

Prices Include - Heating, electricity, parking (up to 2 cars), bed linen. Towels can also be supplied for overseas visitors. A cot with mattress can be provided for a small additional cost of £10.00 (subject to availability) but please bring your own bed linen. A high chair is also available upon request at a small additional cost of £10.

Cancellation Protection - When you make a confirmed booking, you are entering into a contract of hire and will be liable for all monies due (including any balance of hire) should you be forced to cancel due to unexpected unavoidable circumstances that are beyond your control. This typically includes illness or injury that prevent you from taking your holiday. It is therefore strongly recommended that you take out your own cancellation protection scheme. Optional Holiday Cancellation Insurance can be taken with Travellers Protection Services Ltd - we will send you a copy their proposal form and details of cover with your booking confirmation.

Booking Deposit - To confirm your booking, you will need to pay a deposit of 20% of the hire cost. The balance will then become due no less than 8 weeks before your holiday. Payment will be required in full if booking within 9 weeks of the start date of your holiday.

Security Deposit - A security deposit of £150 will be requested with your balance of hire. This will be refunded in full within 30 days of your departure subject to the property being vacated on time in a clean condition and with no breakages (we don't include the odd accidental broken cup or plate as we understand that accidents will occasionally happen).

Pets - One well behaved pet is welcome at Riverside at a small cost of £25 per holiday. We regret that pets are not permitted at Anchor Cottage.

Terms & Conditions - Once your booking is confirmed, you are entering a contract of hire and will be liable for the full cost of your holiday. Please ensure that you have read and agree to the Booking Terms & Conditions which are available by clicking HERE.
